Priority scheduling gives you the “fast pass” to the front line of service. Any community on a maintenance plan is priority over “service only” gates.
We offer in house programming for the integrity of your sensitive information. Our skilled and trained programming team makes sure the job is done right the first time. Our goal is a 24 hour turn around on all programming requests.
Your community will receive a parts discount on every upgrade, install, or replacement for the length of your contract. We know part pricing can rise and fall, and in a lot of cases the parts can be expensive. We hope to bridge the gap and make installs and upgrades more feasible no matter the budget of the community.
Preventative Maintenance Plans
This service is maintenance to all gates onsite, we do everything from checking gate and hinge condition, telephone entry testing, inspect of all equipment, clean and polish operators, weld checks, wiring and loop checks, testing the batteries and backups, testing of the receivers, and update our stickers and signage.
You will also receive a detailed report within 72 hours. Our goal is to detect a future problem before it happens, and leave your entrance better than the way we found it.
Loaner
Program
The loaner program allows your equipment to reduce down time. We do not manufacture the parts we install, and there are times when we have to wait a week or more for replacement parts.
Free Part
Replacement
Certain packages offer base level replacement parts free of charge. These parts include, and are not limited to belts, chains, hinges, batteries, protective screen, wiring and security signage. Our goal is to eliminate down time and save the association money.
Gate Clearance
Services
We also offer gate clearance service where a community member can call in and we can open the gate for them, and log all the events. This will eliminate residents from passing out their codes.
BSN Security is open 24/7
We are open for you or your community, we take pride in our quick response time. Every time we come out to service equipment we leave it better than we found it. All equipment gets a wipe down with a protectant.
